Social Events

Here we disclose information about our potlucks, dinners, and similar social activities of the club. Often a potluck may occur after another club activity, such as a ski clinic or tournament, and it is important for members to indicate their attendance at a social event independent of the other club activity.

A potluck is where the club requests attendees to bring a dish to share. Dinners are catered events at "The Lodge" and pre-payment is necessary to order the meals. The venue may limit attendance, so the club may close sign ups before the cut-off date if that limit is reached.

For a potluck, we provide an RSVP form and the listing. You may modify/cancel an earlier entry online by resubmitting a form with [all] the correct information (0 to cancel or other value to correct an earlier entry). For a catered dinner, you pre-pay for your dinner selection via snail mail. We provide the list as payments are processed, but to make any changes to what is listed, you'll be given a contact name.

Below are the sign-up sheet(s) for attendees. It is a good idea to confirm you were added properly (take a long coffee break before you re-navigate or re-load this page) prior to the event.

Whether or not you attended the clinic and/or race, sign-up for the Potluck set for Friday, 6pm. RSVP, indicating your dish to share, using this RSVP form. Note: all those wanting to go to the potluck MUST sign up ahead to ensure we have plenty of food! Winners for the EVENT will be announced at the potluck.
